Our Store Counters & Delivery Service remain OPEN and at your service!

Thank you to all our staff who continue to service our customers throughout the Bay Area—at our front counters, at your homes, and in our local processing plant. Masks are required in our stores for all customers.

Our Store Locations are open the following days & hours:

  • Tuesday: 9AM – 5PM

  • Thursday: 9AM – 5PM

  • Saturday: 9AM – 5PM

  • Closed Daily for Lunch from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM

  • Our Tiburon & Los Gatos location are additionally open on Mondays from 9AM - 5PM

Our Sacramento Street has closed.

  • If you have items at the Sacramento Street Store you can pick them up at our Cow Hollow Location at 3063 Laguna Street @ Greenwich. You can also have the delivered to your home at no additional charge by calling (800) 392-2532.

We have taken the following additional steps to ensure the safety of our customers and team members at our store locations:

  • Regular surface cleaning and disinfecting will be completed throughout the company.

  • Order packaging will be automated as much as possible to minimize handling. Only brand-new packaging products will be used. We are suspending the use of some plastic hangers, breathable bags and tissue to achieve this goal.

  • We are temporarily halting hanger recycling. Please save them until further notice.

We feel that most of our customers will best be served at their homes with our Complimentary Contactless Home Pickup & Delivery Service.  Here are the highlights:

  • Complimentary Home/Office Pickup & Delivery is currently available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.  Turnaround time is two business days. Click here to request a pick up.

  • We offer same day ‘On Demand’ service.  Please contact your driver or our main office directly or click here for a same-day pickup.

  • If you prefer not to answer the door, just tell us where to pick up or deliver your items when requesting service.

  • If you currently have items waiting to be picked up at a store location, please contact us to have them delivered at No Additional Charge.

Please know that at this time the CDC advises that the drycleaning process, which includes cleaning and pressing, is effective on most viruses.  As is true with other viruses, laundering, like hand washing, is an effective method of cleaning as well. Furthermore, Peninou has NEVER offered a press-only service.  We only handle clean items in our finishing areas: providing the cleanest environment for your personal garments and bedding.
